SUMMARY
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this position is focused on servicing existing clients and developing new clients from the DENRAY Tire Brandon store. Lead our service team members by giving them instructions and guidance to complete their jobs. You will provide service excellence and leadership giving our customers the best experience every visit.
The duties of this role are:
- Writing work orders, creating PO#s, maintaining accurate inventories.
- Understanding schedules and communicating accurate timelines.
- Lead teams and collaborate to get work completed.
- Cold call, network, build new business relationships.
- Quantify value of products sold including cost per KM based solution selling.
- Pick-up and delivery of commercial truck tires.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
You should:
- Have and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Have a self-starting and high-achieving personality.
- Complete order of operations math to calculate “Cost Per” equations
- Find it easy to memorize sequences of letters and numbers in relation to a product.
- Be willing to work extended hours when our clients and company need you to.

- Monday to Friday (1 monthly ½ day Saturday on rotation )
Skills/Experience:
- Sales experience: 3 years (required)
- Commercial tire, trucking, construction, or agriculture: 3 years (required)
- Class 5 license. (required) A “G” endorsement is a benefit.
- Order of operations Math understanding (required)
- Attention to detail. Precision inventory, work order & invoicing ability (required)
- Building & carrying out schedules. (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
