JOB DESCRIPTION

Guaranteed estimates is looking for a dedicated, hard-working, driven Appointment Setter to join our team.

The Appointment Setter role is responsible for maximizing qualified booked calls on our sales team calendar. To do this, they book inbound & outbound appointments, conduct call campaigns, follow up with all unbooked leads, and handle any cancellations & reschedules.

In addition to completing daily tasks, they are consistently looking for areas of innovation & improvement. The application codeword is: Quality. They will compile feedback on past lead performance, and work to retain & nurture leads through the sales process. Appointment setters collaborate daily with the broader sales team, ensuring the maximum quality and satisfaction of clients.

Success in this role ultimately results in a high-volume of qualified, booked appointments on the calendar, pre-framed and ready to be closed at the highest possible conversion rate.

RESPONSIBILITIES (TASKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE ROLE):

  • Overall target: generate a minimum of 8 new confirmed appointments each day
  • Dial a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day
  • Respond to new inbound leads within 7 minutes
  • Clear all lead tickets each day, resolving tickets quickly and efficiently
  • Respond to lead messages, clearing the queue each day
  • Track daily performance metrics
  • Participate in daily sales standups & monthly 1:1 growth meetings

REQUIREMENTS (EXPECTED PROFICIENCIES):

  • Strong multi-tasking & organizational skills: able to juggle a high-volume of calls & conversations, simultaneously
  • Fluent written & spoken English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, most importantly, active listening
  • Natural rapport builder – warm, friendly, with a desire to form connection quickly
  • Minimum 4 years of customer support/appointment-setting experience
  • Previous experience in a home service industry, highly preferred

COMPENSATION

  • $800 USD/mo base salary + $3 commission per successful appointment
  • Avg. monthly earning: $950 - $1,000 USD/mo
