Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Armour Alloys, a leading metal processing and distribution company. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional service to our manufacturing clients. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their metal raw material needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and respond to customer requests for quotes, product information, and delivery timelines.
- Follow up on leads, process orders, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries.
- Assist in identifying market trends and new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the metal distribution or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of metal products, alloys, and the distribution process is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
