Position Overview

IAL is seeking highly motivated Inside Sales / Business Development Representatives with call center experience. You will drive league growth by generating leads, securing sponsorships, and expanding business relationships. This is a high-performance role—only serious candidates with proven sales and call center experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound call center-based prospecting to generate leads
• Sell sponsorships, advertising packages, ticketing, and partnerships
• Manage inbound inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to enhance fan engagement
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations
• Meet and exceed sales targets consistently

Required Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of call center sales or inside sales experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Highly organized, competitive, and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sports, entertainment, or sponsorship sales
• Understanding of digital marketing or event revenue strategies
