- Assist in preparing proposals, including orders, tenders, and quotations.
- Perform stock checks and conduct stock risk analysis.
- Generate insightful reports from the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
- Document activities and maintain CRM data quality.
- Coordinate demo shipments.
- Follow up on action items with customers and end users as needed.
Your profile
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree with 3 years of experience in customer service environment preferred
- Strong customer service skills with diplomacy in handling difficult customers.
- Technical knowledge of company products (preferred) and ability to prepare quotations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to follow-through.
