Your profile

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree with 3 years of experience in customer service environment preferred
• Strong customer service skills with diplomacy in handling difficult customers.
• Technical knowledge of company products (preferred) and ability to prepare quotations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to follow-through.

• Assist in preparing proposals, including orders, tenders, and quotations.
• Perform stock checks and conduct stock risk analysis.
• Generate insightful reports from the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
• Document activities and maintain CRM data quality.
• Coordinate demo shipments.
• Follow up on action items with customers and end users as needed.
