The purpose of the Install Inspection & Compliance Coordinator is to support the install operations of the organization by ensuring compliance in several areas of the install process, including the administrative onboarding of new install partners, requested add on payment processing, and installation completion requirements. The Install Inspection & Compliance Coordinator will touch installation operations in all branch locations but will be focused solely on compliance within these tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure new Install Partner paperwork compliance and completion
    • Validate that all required documents are received and correctly completed
    • Enter new crews into the company systems
    • Monitor crew information for expiring insurance or other requirements
    • Communicate with management and crews if additional information is needed
  • Ensure additional requests for payment by install partners are processed timely and accurately
    • Enter project add-ons into the company system for review and approval
    • Confirm that all additional work has been properly recorded and authorized
    • Ensure payment is processed for the additional work completed
  • Ensure installer compliance with job completion requirements
    • Ensure final job photos are uploaded
    • Ensure completed lead forms are uploaded
    • Ensure any other supporting documents are uploaded
    • Complete system required entry tasks to ensure installation partners receive approval for payment


What We Need:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of professional work experience in an administrative role
  • Must be proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft, data entry, email, etc.
  • Must be highly detail oriented
  • Must have strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and install partners
  • Must have basic math skills: must have the ability to calculate job costs
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team


Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the home improvement industry
  • Experience in a compliance-related role in which validating information was involved

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain sitting in a stationary position for prolonged periods
  • Requires the ability to move about inside the office
  • Must be able to move items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, customers, vendors, and the public
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer


Hours/Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M – F, 8:00am – 5:00pm EST but due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime, including evening and weekend hours, will be required to complete projects under deadlines. Some local and statewide travel may be required.
