Kalyra is seeking a friendly, organised, and community-focused Intake Coordinator to help older South Australians access the support they need. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

About the Role

Be the first point of contact for new clients and referral partners

Respond to enquiries and conduct in-home sign-ups

Complete intake documentation and initial risk screening

Coordinate a smooth handover to our care and clinical teams

Build relationships with GPs, hospitals, assessors, and community groups

Attend occasional community events to promote our services

Maintain accurate records and support reporting across AlayaCare/CRM

Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For

Essential:
Strong customer service skills

Confident communicator; able to explain fees and services clearly

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Valid Driver’s Licence

Comfortable with MS365 & care management systems

Able to meet screening requirements (WWCC/NDIS/Police Check)

Desirable:
Experience in Aged Care (SaH, HCP, CHSP, or private)

Understanding of My Aged Care and ACAT/RAS pathways

Knowledge of South Australian community networks
