Internal Auditor (For Laduree Manille - Bgc)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Business
• Strong knowledge of internal control systems, financial auditing and operational auditing
• Familiar with POS system, inventory management and restaurant operations is an advantage
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of restaurant operation, including cash handling, inventory, purchasing and sales transactions.
• Verify accuracy of financial records, daily sales reports, and expense claims
• Audit compliance with company policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor inventory management, stock levels and wastage control
• Check for compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards
• Identify risks, irregularities or fraudulent activities and recommend corrective measures
• Prepare audit reports with findings, observations and practical recommendations.
• Work closely with restaurants managers and operations teams to implement corrective actions
• Follow up previous audit findings to ensure compliance and improvement
• Provide insights to management on ways to improve efficiency, reduce costs and strengthen controls.
