Internal Claims Adjuster

About the Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Claims Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end, supporting customers through what can often be a challenging time. You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently communicate updates, and ensure each claim is handled efficiently and professionally.

No prior insurance experience? No problem. We’re open to candidates from customer service, retail, or call centre backgrounds who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims from start to finish
• Support and guide customers through the claims process
• Assess claims by reviewing documentation and policy coverage
• Investigate and evaluate claims to determine outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
• Deliver fair and timely claim resolutions

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service experience (essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Claims or insurance experience (desirable, not essential)
