PURPOSE
We seek a talented junior AI enthusiast, ideally with IT services experience, to explore new markets through business plan development and Market & Competitive Intelligence while driving the organization’s knowledge management. You will leverage AI to boost efficiency, accelerate decision-making, enhance collaboration, and optimize information.
Please note: All candidates applying for this role must be eligible to work in the hiring location without the need for visa sponsorship or a work permit, submit the resume in the English language and must have completed their Bachelor's degree within one year of their graduation date.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The candidate will be responsible for two key missions:
Business Plan Development & Competitive Intelligence
- Market Analysis & New Opportunities – Identify and assess key market players (customers, competitors, suppliers, and partners), analyzing their products, solutions, pricing models, and positioning. Explore new markets by evaluating stakeholder needs, regulations, entry barriers, and business models.
- AI-Driven Trend & Innovation Monitoring – Leverage AI to track technological advancements, regulatory shifts, and business model innovations (e.g., patents, M&A).
- AI-Powered Strategic Insights – Use AI tools to process and visualize market data, delivering automated reports and predictive insights to enhance decision-making.
- Go-to-Market Support – Develop business plans and contribute to defining value propositions and partnership strategies for market entry.
- Customer & Partner Engagement – Support stakeholder interactions to validate hypotheses, test assumptions, and gather market feedback.
- AI-Driven Knowledge Management
- Knowledge Organization & Access – Support teams by implementing AI-driven systems to structure and manage key information, ensuring seamless access to success stories, value propositions, and references.
- Enhanced Search & Discovery – Leverage AI-powered tools like Microsoft Copilot to improve search relevance and user experience.
- Content Optimization – Apply AI for summarization, personalization, and predictive analytics to enhance knowledge sharing and decision-making.
- AI Advisory & Collaboration – Assist IT, marketing, and customer service in integrating AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Data Management & Strategy – Help define objectives for AI-driven knowledge management and establish efficient data structuring, analysis, and presentation methods.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS & CORE COMPETENCIES
Strong English proficiency, particularly in written communication for documentation and reporting.
Experienced with various AI-driven tools.
Passionate about technology innovation.
Quick learner adapting easily to tech trends.
Effective communicator committed to teamwork, customer focus, and adhering to principles and values.
Results-oriented with proven ability in creating and innovating, leading execution, and making a positive impact and influence.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing or having completed at least four years of a university degree in Business or a related field, with eligibility for a one-year undergraduate placement.
