It Business Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Software and/OR Product Development Lifecycle experience
• Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
• Good analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary

• He/she shall also be responsible in the preparation of the following deliverables, in connection with assigned PROJECT:
• Creation of detailed user stories (US) and acceptance criteria
• Business Requirements Document (when applicable)
• UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog
• Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog
• Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog
• Define requirements and functional specifications from the client’s stakeholders.
• Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Business Analyst: 3 years (Required)
