It Change Management Specialist | Sox & Itsm

This is possibly 6 -12 Months Project Based employment (Our client is still finalizing the details regarding this): It is still a Full time job that you will be having a full-time schedule but as project employee, it is a contractual type to our client for a minimum of 6 Months .* Your contract will be under our company but you will be deployed to our client. Our company will process your mandatory benefits/ salary. _*After 6 Months, it depends with your project status or to our client if they will renew/extend or end your contract.

READ! : Your salary experience expectation is subject for approval. It depends on your skills and experiences.

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO & Mandatory Benefits;

Also, since you will be supporting US, NO Work No Pay Applies on US company Holidays. If the client announced that the specific date is US Company Holiday and they mentioned that your team has no operations (not allowed to work on that day), you will not be paid for that day.

IN Short, No Work No pay applies if you have no work on Special Non-working Holidays , US Company holidays, and if you're absent.

Your salary expectation will still undergo approval of the management. Salary on this post is not the actual budget for the role. It depends on your experiences and skills. They may also negotiate you.

POSITION: Change Management Analyst

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Amenable to work on a FULLY ONSITE in Taguig (Around BGC)
• Open to work on any shift assigned & shifting schedule depending on business needs
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in ITSM processes with focus on Change Management
• Experience in Change Advisory Board Engagement and Facilitation
• Experience in the use of KPIs and other methodologies to assess risks of changes, track trends and drive behavior
• Familiarity with SOX Compliance
• Good understanding of other ITSM processes particularly with Change Management, Request Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow tool, Reporting and Knowledge Management
• • ITIL v4 and/or project management certifications preferred.
• • Experience in QA functions such as System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; preferably with advanced Excel knowledge
• Process improvement advocate
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Open for project based employment as indicated above
• Can Start ASAP

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
