End User Support:
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
- Assist users with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Document and track user requests using a ticketing system.
Technical Support:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and update software applications.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Basic Network Support:
- Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
- Support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Perform basic network diagnostics using tools like ping, tracert, and nslookup.
- Ensure proper network security by monitoring access and enforcing policies.
Basic Compute and Storage Support:
- Support server and storage infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises systems.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and storage capacity.
- Perform basic backup and recovery tasks.
- Support file-sharing and storage management systems.
