It Hybrid Support (End User Support) - Cagayan De Oro

End User Support:

• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or in person.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral device issues.
• Assist users with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Document and track user requests using a ticketing system.

Technical Support:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

Basic Network Support:

• Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
• Support network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
• Perform basic network diagnostics using tools like ping, tracert, and nslookup.
• Ensure proper network security by monitoring access and enforcing policies.

Basic Compute and Storage Support:

• Support server and storage infrastructure, including cloud and on-premises systems.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and storage capacity.
• Perform basic backup and recovery tasks.
• Support file-sharing and storage management systems.
