Job Title: Data Science Project Manager
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Philippine Time)

Location: Onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati City

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Data Science Project Manager with a solid background in data science engineering to lead and own projects from inception to completion.
• The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to think outside the box to deliver innovative solutions.
• You will act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of data-driven projects while maintaining a collaborative and positive team environment.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a data science engineer with expertise in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Project Management Skills:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in data science or technology domains.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-project analysis.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage your data science expertise to inform project strategies, identify opportunities, and optimize outcomes.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
• Problem Solving: Identify roadblocks and develop creative, out-the-box solutions to overcome challenges.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Timeline Management: Develop detailed project timelines, track progress, and ensure milestones are met within set deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee the delivery of high-quality outputs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance of results.
• Reporting: Generate comprehensive project reports and performance dashboards to communicate results and insights effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
