It Senior Application Engineer

We’re searching for a Senior Engineer to be part of our IT Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible to Engineering Analytic Systems Software development, Design and Support.

Responsibilities:

• Being at the forefront of the design, development, support and maintenance of all aspects of ServiceNow and Dot Net applications within an agile environment.
• Knowledge in Secure Software Development Life Cycle Process
• Lead the implementaion of ServiceNow software by vendor engagement
• Maintain and support ServiceNow application according to requirement define by end users
• Manage ASP dot net applications using C#
• Second level functional support for users and investigate cause of failures

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences in maintinaing ITSM and ITOM modules in ServiceNow
• Strong design knowledge ServiceNow modules
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow in any organization
• Experience in following ServiceNow modules : IT Service Management, Service Mapping, Discovery, HR Onboarding/Off Boarding, Predictive Intelligence, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, CMDB, Virtual Agent, MS Teams Chatbot, Analytics
• Experience in deployment of changes from Dev-UAT-PRD envronments
• Certifications in ServiceNow System Administrator and Applciation Developer
• Experience in working with UiPath
• Experience in SQL Server 2017 database
• Preferable to have project experiences with SAP HANA, Successfactor, Oracle, UiPath, DocuSign eSignature
