It Service Desk Analyst (Bpo)

• Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City
• Work Setup: 24/7 Support | Shifting Schedule | Onsite

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Highschool graduate (Diploma is a must)
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues, including hardware, software, network connectivity, and application-related concerns (e.g., Active Directory, VPN, etc.).
• Log and manage incidents using appropriate CRM and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Monitor global systems, triage incoming alerts, and escalate critical issues as necessary.
• Support daily IT operations and assist in general computer and system maintenance tasks.
• Deliver remote technical assistance using remote access tools to support offsite users.
• Demonstrate familiarity with incident management processes and tools to ensure efficient issue resolution.
