Key Responsibilities

1 Beautesoft Rollout

Coordinate with vendors and in-house teams on system setup, testing and training.

Serve as the go-to support for users—identify gaps, troubleshoot, and keep the project on track.

Liaise with vendors and internal users on system setup, user rights for content management modules, and post-go-live tweaks.

Train team members on how to push content from Beautesoft into social feeds if integrated.

2 Content Pipeline Management

Configure and maintain auto-posting connectors (Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) to ensure timely publishing of images, videos and copy.

Troubleshoot upload errors, broken links, and format mismatches so every post appears perfectly.

3 Media Asset Updates

Coordinate with design and marketing teams to ingest new graphics, short-form videos and carousel assets into scheduling tools.

Version-control key templates and ensure the latest brand guidelines are applied across all channels.
