What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle L1 tech support for Windows and Mac users
• Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve user issues remotely
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and user permissions
• Get hands-on with Linux patching and server updates (mentored)
• Support a globally distributed team (India & U.S. overlap)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in IT support, helpdesk, or junior sysadmin work
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and macOS
• Strong troubleshooting skills and communication in English
• Self-driven, dependable, and available during night or split shift hours

Bonus Points If You’ve Got:

• Experience with JumpCloud, TightVNC, or VPN tools like Tunnelblick
• Supported remote teams or distributed users
• Based near Mandaue or Cebu (not required)
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Linux+

Important Notes:

This is a contractor role — no company HMO or night differential. Candidates must have their own device and a stable internet connection. You’ll have flexibility, independence, and the chance to step into system administration while still handling support.
