IT Service Engineer / Technician
- Responsible in repairing PC, laptop and projector within shortest period of time
- Determine IT peripherals problems and coordinate to the customer as soon as possible.
- Coordinate to suppliers on hard to repair units.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Vocational, Technology or Bachelor's Degree in any IT related course
- At least 6mos relevant experience, NCII Certificate is a plus
- Customer-oriented
- Familiar with OS installation and other Microsoft applications
- Familiar with warranty policy
- Willing to work from 8:30am - 6:30pm on Monday to Friday
- Willing to work in Quezon City, Mabuhay Welcome Rotonda
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Shift system
