Job Overview Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, glass doors, restrooms, and walls
• Disinfects commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintains inventory list and checks items for repairs
• Performs messengerial duties if needed.
• Performs basic maintenance and minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools (electrical, plumbing and construction)
• Knows how to operate heavy equipment such as vacuum cleaner, pressure washer, polisher, and familiar with chemical solutions
• Ensures security and safety of the office from any types of hazards
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Follows all health and safety regulations and complies with the office policies
• Performs all other task related to the work.

Qualifications

• With experience in janitorial works
• Has basic knowledge on electrical, plumbing, and construction
• With basic computer knowledge
• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends, if necessary
• Ability to work independently
• Honest and reliable
• Open to be trained and supervised

Work Setup:

Willing to work in McKinley, Taguig (office-based),

Can Start ASAP

6 days a week, shifting schedule (can cover night shift)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
