Janitor/Cleaner

Overview
We are hiring for a Janitor/Cleaning Person to service a office in North Charleston….. This would be Mon-Fri (5) nights per week in the evenings after 5:30P taking about a hour to clean the building.

$300.00 Twice per month via Direct Deposit

1099 PT Contract Work

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate floor care and training.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, furniture, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance
• Conduct cleaning tasks such as cleaning areas of the building or other spaces to ensure safety and compliance
• Assist with custodial responsibilities including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting surfaces regularly
• Use commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to deliver top-quality results in all assigned areas

Requirements

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures
• Experience with cleaning equipment and supplies is highly desirable
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods and operating cleaning machinery safely
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance needs effectively
