Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Janitor to maintain cleanliness and sanitation

in our office facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean and orderly

environment that supports a productive and welcoming workplace. We need someone who can

hit the floor running with minimal training and immediately contribute to keeping our

space clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

· Clean and sanitize office areas including restrooms, kitchens, break rooms, conference

rooms, and workspaces.

· Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust daily.

· Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.

· Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

· Clean interior glass and windows as needed.

· Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly.

· Monitor and maintain janitorial equipment and supplies.

· Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the Facilities Manager.

· Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· 3–5 years of professional office cleaning experience is a must.

· Must be able to hit the floor running and work with minimal supervision.

· Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

· Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety practices.

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.

· Must pass a Drug Screening
