JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle end to end software development life cycle
• Application development/unit testing
• Make Detail Design, Coding, UT and implement Java-based applications.
• Guiding junior developers
• Brainstorming various strategies to deliver optimum and high-quality code.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Java/polyglot developers with hands-on Java/Scala development experience.
• Experience in commercial and open-source build systems (Maven, Ant, Gradle, Bazel) and knowledge of distributed and centralized software change management systems.
• Proficiency in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Linux environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, and influence outcomes effectively.
• Proficiency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
