Hollyford Valley Walk is seeking a Jetboat Driver & Maintenance Technician to join our passionate team in the heart of Fiordland National Park. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in the outdoors, enjoys hands-on work, and is keen to gain or already holds a Commercial Jet Boat Licence.

About the Role

In this dual role, you'll be responsible for safely operating jetboats as part of our guided experiences, while also supporting the upkeep of our lodges, machinery, and equipment. You'll play a key part in delivering a world-class experience to our manuhiri (guests), ensuring safety, comfort, and unforgettable storytelling.

What We're Looking For

We're after someone who:

  • Has strong jetboat handling skills (or is keen to gain a commercial licence)
  • Is safety-conscious and detail-oriented
  • Has general maintenance and handyman experience
  • Enjoys working in remote, stunning natural environments
  • Is flexible with working weekends and public holidays
  • Has great storytelling abilities and loves engaging with people
