JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience as a Web Content Editor
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with various digital assets and formats, including images, infographics, and videos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and publish web content using the Sitecore digital experience platform
• Optimize content to meet SEO and accessibility best practices
• Maintain content accuracy and ensure timely updates
• Implement a strategic approach to content management, ensuring quality and enhancing customer experience
• Track, monitor, and resolve daily support tickets via Asana
