Junior Account Manager

Job Overview
The Junior Account Manager's primary role is to assist in fostering positive relationships with our customers, support sales activities, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention efforts. In this role, the Junior Account Manager will work closely with the sales team, helping to coordinate sales quotes, purchase orders, manage sales inbox, manage and update our CRM, and more. They will also focus on relationship-building, supporting regular customer meetings, proposal writing, and assisting with reporting and ticket management.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, technology or equivalent experience.
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve sales and product knowledge.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, as needed.
  • Proficiency in general office software and administrative skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) and updating client records.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong computer and office and administrative skills.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.

Duties

1. Sales Process and Procedures Support

· Create and manage quotes for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.

· Collaborate with the sales team on product details and margin calculations for proposals.

· Manage and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities.

· Maintain clean sales pipeline by processing new leads, new deals, and other opportunities.

· Maintain a KPI dashboard to track sales inbox and quote activity.

· Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients.

· Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

2. Customer and Vendor Relationship Management

· Build strong relationships with clients, coworkers, and vendors.

· Act as a liaison between clients, coworkers, and vendors to ensure smooth collaboration.

· Support senior account managers and business development managers.

3. Training and Development

· Attend webinars and internal training programs to expand technical and sales knowledge.

· Complete required certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Lenovo, Microsoft) and participate in vendor-led training sessions.

· Demonstrate learned skills by delivering internal presentations or applying knowledge to client projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
