As we continue to rapidly grow in Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales to join our high-performance team. Our Sales Development Program will equip you with the skills, experience, and mentorship needed to progress into a Sales Executive role, where you will play a pivotal part in driving business success.

You will be an integral member of our Sales Team, responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through research, client meetings, and strategic outreach. Your ultimate goal is to drive sales growth by placing top-tier technology consultants in long-term contracts with leading organisations.

Your Career Progression

Upon completing the program, you will step into a full-time Sales Executive role, taking on responsibilities such as:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Client Outreach & Relationship Building – Engage new and existing clients through calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Business Development – Develop strong relationships with client managers, positioning FDM as their go-to resource partner.
  • Strategic Sales Execution – Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver IT talent solutions.
  • Achieve & Exceed Targets – Drive sales success through proactive engagement and expert solution delivery.
