Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager

• Offer expert advice on windshield safety, repair options, and mobile replacement services, making sure drivers feel confident and safe on the road.
• Assess vehicle glass damage and recommend whether repair or replacement is the best option, while considering insurance coverage and safety requirements.
• Oversee service enrollments and insurance claims with accuracy, consistently achieving the sales targets set for Junior Account Managers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships through education, ongoing support, and proactive follow-up.
• Stay up to date on the latest promotions, industry trends, and insurance regulations to maximize sales opportunities.
• Participate in continuous training with other Junior Account Managers to enhance your sales skills, deepen product knowledge, and advance your leadership capabilities.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, offering effective solutions to ensure complete satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For in a Junior Account Manager

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
