Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and experienced Senior Bartender to join our opening

team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of a vibrant new venue, serving locally

brewed craft beer, curated cocktails, and a range of high-quality beverages in a fast-paced,

community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Prepare and serve cocktails, fresh tank pours, and a curated selection of craft beers with

precision and personality

 Lead the bar team during service, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier hospitality

 Train and mentor junior staff on drink prep, product knowledge, and service standards

 Oversee bar setup, cleanliness, and end-of-day closing routines

 Monitor stock levels for beer, spirits, mixers, and supplies; assist with ordering and

inventory

 Collaborate on seasonal cocktail menus and beer-focused pairings

 Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

 Handle POS transactions and cash management with accuracy

 Collaborate with the broader food and beverage team across the Market

 Support events, tastings, and market-wide initiatives as required

 You Bring:

 Proven experience in a high-volume bar setting, ideally with both cocktail and craft beer

focus

 Strong leadership and communication skills

 Passion for beer, mixology, and delivering standout guest experiences

 Knowledge of draft systems, especially tank beer, is a plus

Requirements

 1+ year experience in a bar or similar fast-paced hospitality setting

 Strong knowledge of beers, spirits, and cocktail preparation

 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

 Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

 A team player with a positive attitude and passion for great service

 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

 Valid bar training or Responsible Serving of Alcohol certification preferred
