The Gist:

We are We Insure Things, an international insurance brand based in Israel. We are looking for a creative video editor and social manager to take our "boring" industry and make it fun, trendy, and engaging.

We are not looking for a robot. We are looking for a creative partner.

The Pay & Perks:

• Monthly Retainer: (approx. ₱29,500 – ₱47,500 PHP).
• Pay is determined by the quality of your portfolio.
• Stability: This is a long-term contract, not a one-time gig.
• Freedom: We do not use time-tracking screenshots. We care about results and deadlines, not when you clock in.

The Deliverables (Monthly):

We are looking for a consistent flow of content. Your monthly retainer covers:

• 15–20 Short-Form Videos: You will edit Reels/TikToks. We provide the raw footage or stock assets; you provide the magic (captions, effects, trending audio, cuts).
• Tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Trend Spotting: You tell us what audio is trending in the US/Global market this week.
• Community Engagement: Reply to comments and keep the account active (approx. 30 mins/day).

Who You Are:

• You are Gen-Z or Z-illennial: You live on TikTok and Instagram. You understand "brain rot" humor, trends, and memes.
• Excellent English: You must be able to write captions and understand American slang/humor perfectly.
• Reliable Tech: You have your own laptop/PC capable of video editing and a stable Fiber internet connection.
• Portfolio Ready: You have examples of vertical video (Reels/TikToks) you have edited previously.

Schedule:

• Flexible hours, but you must be available for 1-2 sync meetings per week

Pay: Php29,700.00 - Php47,500.00 per month
