About the Role
We are looking for Casual Junior Front of House Staff (Counter Staff) to join our friendly team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves interacting with customers, and has a passion for plant-based cuisine. If you're a quick learner and want to be part of a supportive, energetic team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with their orders, providing a top-notch customer experience.
• Manage the counter during busy periods (we get quite a rush during lunchtime!).
• Maintain a clean and welcoming workspace.
• Handle cash and POS transactions.
• Work as part of a cohesive team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be interacting with customers, so a friendly, approachable, and clear communicator is key.
• Passion for Plant-Based Cuisine: As we specialize in plant-based foods, having some knowledge of vegan cuisine and dietary restrictions will be a big plus.
• Ability to Handle Pressure: The lunch rush can be busy, so being able to multi-task and stay calm under pressure is important.
• Previous Experience: Experience working in a café, restaurant, or takeaway environment is preferred, but we’re also happy to train the right candidate.
• Team Player: You’ll be working with a dynamic team, so being a cooperative and proactive team member is essential.
