Junior Hr Business Partner
  • In close collaboration with the HR COEs, support various HR activities including but not limited to recruitment, new hire orientation, reward management, talent management & development, employee engagement, and employee/industrial relations.
  • Assist in employee communications (e.g., Townhall, HR Announcement), employer branding strategies, HR initiatives, and on-ground engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide effective retention strategies and employee support.
  • Prepare HR management reports, manpower costing, metrics and ensure data accuracy in HR system.
  • Coordinate with payroll vendor to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Facilitate insurance, leaves, medical support, and organize staff welfare and engagement activities.
  • Assist in annual ISO audit.
  • Support HR budget planning.
  • Engage in regional or ad-hoc projects.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance HR team efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of broad HR experience in multi-national organizations.
  • Proficient in English and Japanese (verbal & written), good interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment .
