Junior It Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with approved scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Assist Project Managers and Account Managers in planning, tracking, and monitoring project activities and milestones.
• Support project delivery using established methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, in accordance with bank policies.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), Master Agreements (MA), and MSA/MITA.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and dashboards for management and key stakeholders.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure project success.
• Ensure adherence to Metrobank’s IT governance, compliance, and risk management standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years proven experience as a Project Manager handling software development projects
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be amenable to report full time to the office in Taguig and Makati
• IT project delivery (was able to successfully deliver a project as a Delivery Manager or as a Project Manager)
• Various project delivery frameworks using Waterfall and Agile
• Contract Management skills (such as SOW, MA, MITA, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
