Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring and successful delivery of IT and software-related projects. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope and supporting strategic implementation and integration efforts. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a technical background in software or IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project management for software development, POS deployment, business consulting, and system integration initiatives.

-Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives and client needs.

-Collaborate with internal teams (developers, consultants, support) and clients to develop detailed project plans.

-Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

-Proactively identify risks, manage issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

-Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met through structured review and delivery processes.

-Conduct regular project meetings, updates, and stakeholder communication.

-Provide post-deployment support coordination and facilitate smooth project transitions.

-Continuously improve project processes and contribute to best practices across cross-project engagements.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.

-Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in an IT/software or consulting environment.

-Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

-Experience in POS systems, custom software development or enterprise integrations is a strong advantage.

-Knowledge in Agile, Scrum or other project management methodologies.

-Strong understanding of technical concepts and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

-Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure in a hybrid setup.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
