As our next Junior Quality Technician, you will support quality assurance activities by conducting inspections and quality tests on products and manufacturing processes. You will assist with quality control procedures, analyze production data, participate in audits, and collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with established quality standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in an automotive manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing quality inspections on products and manufacturing processes
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of quality control procedures
- Collecting and analyzing production and quality data to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Participating in internal and external audits
- Documenting and reporting inspection and test results
- Supporting problem‑solving activities related to quality issues
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality function
What We’re Looking For
- Technical or higher education in Quality, Mechanics, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of quality tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and PDCA
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is an asset
Training & Knowledge (Preferred / Required)
- Quality Policy and Safety, Health & Environment standards
- Quality tools and problem‑solving methodologies
- Basic understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 (desirable)
- Metrology and interpretation of technical drawings (GD&T)
- Exposure to internal auditing or 8D problem‑solving methods is a plus
- Fluent or professional working level of English
