Position Overview: As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products. As a full-time Junior Sales Associate, we’re preparing you to succeed in more than just your current position. You will be trained in all of our products and be able to deliver interactive sales presentations that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, strategic planning, and problem-solving.

Junior Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits
• Acquire a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business
• Collaborate with experienced sales team members on sales strategies, proposals, and follow-ups
• Work toward meeting individual sales targets and contributing to overall team performance
• Engage in training sessions and workshops to improve sales and marketing techniques and product knowledge

Junior Sales Associate Requirements

• Experience in sales, client relations, account management, or an equivalent entry-level role
• Ability to present product knowledge with confidence and poise
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in sales
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple outreach efforts and follow-ups
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to align outreach efforts

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
