Junior Sales Associate

Located in Epping we are looking for a natural born salesperson who wishes to learn the real estate industry from the ground up WHILE GETTING PAID!

The position

Operating with the guidance of our highly successful Elite Sales Team, a Sales Associate is responsible for, but not limited to:

• Enquiry management: fielding and responding to enquiries via email, phone and sms
• Conduct open homes and private buyer appointments
• Prospecting activities to generate leads: calls, door knocking, and developing relationships
• Database management: data entry, contact management
• Diary management: organise and facilitate appointments, meetings and inspections
• Negotiation: manage offers, liaise with purchasers and vendors
• Reporting: collate and distribute various reports as needed

• Holds a current Driver’s licence and owns a reliable car
• Holds a Cert IV certificate in property

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
