We are looking for a Junior Social Media & Community Coordinator to join our Social Media team – based at our Stockholm HQ. This is a hands-on, social-first role for someone who lives and breathes content, creators and conversation. You will be one of the daily voices behind our brands and a key player in keeping us on trend, in tune and ahead of the curve.

This is what you will own

• Daily interaction with our communities: Respond to comments, DMs and tags – quickly, naturally, and with confidence. You will be the voice that keeps us human, bold and on point.
• Creator spotting and outreach: Know how to spot the right people before they are obvious. You will support in identify up-and-coming creators who get our world – and bring them into it.
• Social storytelling and engagement formats: From polls and quizzes to reactive trends – you will help us build smart, fun and fresh content that gets people talking.
• Writing that sounds like us: Captions, replies, story prompts – your words will reflect our tone and make sure we show up right.
• Content publishing and scheduling: Support daily posting and scheduling on TikTok and Instagram. Work closely with the team to optimise timing and flow.
• Trend tracking and creative flagging: Stay locked in to what is happening and what is next. Bring ideas, references and smart suggestions before anyone else does.

Who you are

• You are active on TikTok or Instagram – either for yourself, a project, or a brand
• You get creators, you follow culture, and you understand what gets engagement
• You can write in a way that feels easy, real, and on brand
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English – written and spoken
• You are curious, creative, and not afraid to test something new
• You are organised and ready to jump in – this role moves fast
