Junior Technical Account Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Junior Technical Account Manager with a strong technical background in Microsoft environments and proven experience in account management.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, Security, Intune, Dynamics 365).
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing Microsoft cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform).
• Exposure to account management, client engagement, or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 fundamentals, security basics, and governance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, or similar) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client engagements to understand business needs and current IT/cloud environments.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell through client feedback and usage insights.
• Participate in demos, workshops, and presentations as a technical resource.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to scope and present solutions.
• Prepare clear, business-friendly documentation and proposals.
• Advise clients on licensing, infrastructure, and integration with Microsoft tools.
• Assist in configuring secure Microsoft 365 environments (MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, Defender, Intune).
• Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement for admins and end users.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies to ensure client success.
• Support in designing and implementing Microsoft cloud solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Share knowledge and best practices with internal teams to elevate technical capabilities.

Other details:

• Monthly Compensation will base on experience and qualifications.
• Working hours are from Monday – Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
• Work from Home (but may be requested to do on-site at client’s location if requested, Metro Manila)

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
