Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day service needs.

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver logistics solutions effectively.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide updates on shipments and services.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
