Key Account Manager

Responsibilities (Simplified):

• Build and keep strong, long-term relationships with top advertisers.
• Understand what each key customer needs and expectations.
• Grow current customer relationships by suggesting solutions that help them reach their goals.
• Make sure top advertisers get the right solutions quickly and accurately.
• Act as the main point of contact between our key customers and internal teams.
• Handle any problems or complaints from top advertisers quickly to keep their trust and protect our business.
• Help bring in new sales that can grow into lasting customer relationships.
• Hold regular meetings with top advertisers, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years experience as Key Account Manager
• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation
• Proficiency in Business Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
