Description:

Since 1991, Alfamation has been a leading company in creating and producing solutions and test systems for the electronics, automotive, microelectronics, and optoelectronics sectors.
Since 2024, it has been part of the electronics division of inTEST Corporation, a multinational group listed on the stock exchange and based in New Jersey.

In a technological and innovative context, we design and develop customized tools and test solutions for our customers from the initial definition of requirements to after-sales service.

For our Lissone (MB) site, we are looking for a KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER.

Requirements:


What you will do:

Reporting to the company’s CEO, you will be responsible of:

  • Managing and strategically developing the Company’s portfolio;
  • Searching for and secure new potential customers at an international level;
  • Being a point of contact between the needs of external clients and the internal team;
  • Managing the reporting and contractual activities in complete autonomy, in coordination with the various business functions to optimize the sales processes;
  • Complying with the KPIs and targets assigned by the company on sales performance in qualitative and quantitative terms.


Who we are looking for:

  • You have at least three years of experience as KAM in the field in industrial capital equipment sales, especially in the functional test equipment industry for automotive business;
  • You have excellent communication and relational skills;
  • You have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • You are an organized, analytical and goal-oriented person;
  • You have a proficient knowledge of the English language;
