Responsibilities
- Identify potential business opportunities and gather market research to increase market share.
- Guide the Sales team to meet sales objectives, Gross Margin, DSO, and payment collection targets. Implement best practices in retail and project teams.
- Apply segment and regional strategies to local strengths and weaknesses, ensuring revenue growth and profit maximization. Monitor action plans to ensure growth in the Decorative operations.
- Set targets, selection criteria, and performance measures to build a strong, loyal distribution network.
- Lead and motivate sales teams by setting clear targets, coaching, and monitoring each member. Conduct periodic performance reviews and feedback sessions
What We Look for
Formal requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in management, sales and/or marketing
- Verbal and written proficiency in Norwegian and English
