A leading provider of luxury transfers and bespoke tours across NZ, is seeking a Key Accounts and Business Manager to lead our reservations and operations team while focusing on strengthening and expanding our client base.
About the Role:
Based in Queenstown, this is a hands-on, client-focused leadership position. You’ll be the key point of contact for our inbound partners, corporate accounts, and concierge networks, while actively pursuing new business opportunities and refining service delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced tourism environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts and travel trade partners
· Manage contracting between our business our clients and trade partners
· Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
· Oversee the reservations and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
· Develop proposals, pricing, and itineraries tailored to luxury clients
· Work closely with senior management on business strategy and growth
· Represent Limousine South at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
· Support daily operations of the business and manage the reservations and office team
Key Attributes:
· Has proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or tourism account management
· Understands the demands and standards of luxury travel and transport
· Is confident working with high-end clientele and travel agents
· Has excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
· Can work independently, take initiative, and make decisions under pressure
· Is familiar with tourism booking systems and has strong commercial awareness
Must Haves:
c. 2+ years of tourism experience
Degree qualification or equivalent level of experience
5+ years of business development or tourism management experience
Previous transport (fleet management) experience
Previous attendance at an international tourism trade show, such as TRENZ
Preferred
To have a valid kiwi license and p-endorsement for class 1 (or higher) vehicles
Tourism experience around Queenstown and the Otago region
Previous tour guiding experience preferred
Previous experience with tourism / activity provider booking software such as Limo Anywhere, Rezdy, FareHabour, etc.
Minimum Skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Light experience in website development
Light design work (e.g. use of Canva or Adobe Suites for production of marketing materials)
SEO and keyword management
Strong Soft-skills
Confident character
Strong written
Hours
This job is predominantly officed based work
Minimum hours of 40hrs per week, with some out of hours duties across 7 days.
Must be flexible across all days of the week including the weekend.
