Position Title: Key Accounts Officer
Vacancies: 2 (1 based in Metro Manila, 1 based in Region 3 – Pampanga)

Work Setup: Hybrid (Combination of home-based, fieldwork, and office reporting)

Job Summary:
We are hiring experienced Key Accounts Officers to manage B2B client relationships and technical sales activities. Candidates must have prior exposure to laboratory or regulated industries and will be responsible for territory development, client engagement, and revenue growth in their assigned region.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B account management or technical sales
• Experience in laboratory or regulated industries is required
• Strong skills in territory planning, sales negotiation, and CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be open to frequent fieldwork

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic salary: PHP 30,000 – 35,000 per month
• Commission and incentive-based pay
• Service vehicle provided for field assignments
• Meal allowance: Reimbursable up to PHP 200 per day
