We’re growing our kitchen teams and are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join us across odd saint and Margo’s.


This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly, and wants to be part of two of Queenstown’s most vibrant dining venues.


About the Role


As a Kitchen Hand, you will play an important role in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.


You will:


  • Assist with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and work areas.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety are consistently met.
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.
  • Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well-organised during service.
  • Assist with stock rotation and storage following food safety guidelines.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.


Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential - attitude and reliability are key.
