We're on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Hand to join the crew at Walter Peak - Colonel's Homestead. This is a live-in position, with subsidised accommodation provided on-site at Walter Peak, offering a unique opportunity to work and live in one of the most stunning locations in the region.

About the Role:

As a Kitchen Hand, you'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. From ensuring dishes are cleaned efficiently to maintaining spotless workspaces, you'll help set the stage for our chefs to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment to a high standard
• Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in kitchen and galley areas
• Assisting with stock handling and general kitchen tasks
• Supporting the smooth running of our Queenstown operations
• Prioritizing safety for both customers and staff

What You'll Bring:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to pitch in are what matter most
