Key Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Assist with food preparation, cooking, and service while maintaining efficiency and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment in line with OH&S guidelines.
• Follow all standard operating procedures and minimise food wastage.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties to uphold kitchen standards.
• Attend all training sessions and contribute to a professional, learning focused kitchen culture.
