Kitchen Head Chef 厨师长

主要职责:

  • 领导并监督整个厨房运作,包括饺子和面条的制作,确保口味和品质符合菜单标准
  • 管理和培训厨房员工(包括包饺师),确保严格按照配方制作、控制份量及遵守食品安全法规
  • 优化厨房工作流程,提高效率,减少浪费
  • 维持厨房环境的清洁、卫生,确保符合食品安全要求
  • 协调库存管理,及时订购原材料,保障运营顺畅
  • 监控食品成本,合理控制厨房开支,确保品质不受影响
  • 安排厨房排班,确保人员充足,包括轮班及周末值班
  • 及时专业地处理厨房突发问题

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including the preparation of dumplings and noodles, ensuring taste and quality meet menu standards
  • Manage and train kitchen staff (including Dumpling Chefs), ensuring strict adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety regulations
  • Optimize kitchen workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
  • Coordinate inventory management and timely procurement of raw materials to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor food costs and control kitchen expenses without compromising quality
  • Schedule kitchen staff to ensure adequate coverage, including shifts and weekend duties
  • Handle kitchen emergencies promptly and professionally

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in Chinese cuisine or dumpling-focused kitchens
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
