Duties

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist with cashiering duties, including processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in both the dining area and kitchen, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Support food service operations by preparing and serving food items as required.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with food handling as needed.
• Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage with guests effectively.
• Familiarity with cashiering procedures and experience using POS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of working in commercial kitchens, food handling practices and sanitation standards is desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
